Condition
- International Driving Licence is required for foreigners and National driving licence for Indonesian National.
- Accident, damage of theft of the vehicle any part of it will be customer own liability inclusive third party liability if the Vehicle has no insurance.
- A security deposit of IDR 1,000,000 is required during the vehicle rental period and will be fully refunded when the car is returned in the same condition as when the renter received it at the beginning.
- To Claim The insurane the renter obliged to pay Rp. 1000.000 per accident If the vehicle include insurance.
- The insurance will not cover incidents if the renter is drinking or drunk while driving. Additionally, the insurance will not apply if the driver does not follow Indonesian traffic rules.
- Rental rate are for 24 Hours and extra hours customers will be charge 10% from daily price per hours.
- If any the vehicle is found or not property function renter is obliged to notify BALI SAKTI tour and rental.
- The renter will be fully responsible to any consequence caused by letting or giving the car to be driven by person other that the renter.
- It is no permitted to drive the Vehicle to outside the island without approval of vehicle rental.
- No refund after the car has been delivered to the customer or renter.
