It is hard to pick just one thing. From start to finish our experience was great. Our Nyoman was at the hotel before time and greeted us with a big warm smile. He was also professional, engaging and knowledgeable which made it easy to relax and embrace the adventure ahead. One of the things that was special was Nyoman went the extra mile to ensure that our adventure was memorable. The ATV guides were very patient and took great care to ensure that you had the safest and most enjoyable experience. The lunch was tasty, the atmosphere was comfortable and clean. I will definitely do it again!

The Driver Wayan was on time to pick us up. He waited patiently for us to finish our ATV ride, lunch and the Bali swing. He make sure we got the pictures from the swing.
